2.3 Multiple Accounts: You may only register one account unless explicitly permitted by PayChain.
3. Services Offered
3.1 dApps System: Access to decentralized features such as staking, token swaps, and transaction management.
3.2 Card Management App: Manage payment cards, track transactions, and control spending.
3.3 Payment Cards: Use crypto-to-fiat conversion for payments globally, subject to the card terms and conditions.
3.4 Referral Program: Participate in community growth through user referrals and earn rewards based on program guidelines.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permissible Activities: You may use PayChain only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 Prohibited Activities: You may not:
Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
Interfere with or disrupt PayChain services or infrastructure.
Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the platform.
Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
5. Fees and Transactions
5.1 Fee Transparency: PayChain provides a transparent fee structure. All applicable fees are disclosed before transaction completion.
5.2 No Reversals: Crypto transactions processed through PayChain are irreversible. Double-check transaction details before confirming.
5.3 Taxes: You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations related to PayChain services.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to PayChain remain the property of PayChain or its licensors.
6.2 License to Use: PayChain grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use its services.

8.2 By User: You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deactivation procedures in the Card Management App.
8.3 Effects of Termination: Termination of your account does not absolve you of any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred before termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Guarantees: PayChain services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.
9.2 Liability Cap: PayChain’s total liability for any claims related to its services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
9.3 Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PayChain.
10. Changes to Terms
